By accessing the jilibt website, creating an account, or placing any wager or game stake through the jilibt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the jilibt platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jilibt. The agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the account registration process and click the acceptance checkbox confirming your agreement. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

jilibt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms & Conditions will also be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

To register and maintain an active jilibt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Access to jilibt is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 18, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee or officer of jilibt or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended jilibt account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are accessing the jilibt platform from a location and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or compulsion when registering or placing wagers.

Players who are unsure whether gambling is legal in their specific location are advised to seek independent legal guidance before registering. jilibt does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.

To access real-money gaming features on jilibt, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, for the purpose of age verification.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.
• The bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals, which must be registered in your own name.

jilibt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard platform compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method associated with your account. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Acceptable proof of payment method ownership may include a screenshot or statement from your mobile banking application.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by the jilibt compliance team may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functionality until verification is completed. jilibt reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. jilibt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the jilibt support team immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on jilibt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilibt does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees, if any, imposed by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are the responsibility of the player.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all jilibt accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
• Payment method ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in the same name as the jilibt account. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal to deposit method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible.

jilibt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern relative to the player's normal account history. This is a standard fraud prevention and player protection measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

jilibt does not accept cryptocurrency, gift cards, vouchers, or any payment instrument not explicitly listed as a supported method in the platform's payment section. Attempts to deposit via unsupported methods will result in the funds being returned and may trigger a compliance review of the account.

jilibt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all jilibt bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Accepting a bonus constitutes confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
4. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus balances have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. During active wagering on a bonus, a maximum bet restriction applies. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at jilibt's discretion.
6. jilibt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress by an eligible player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
7. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

All games available on the jilibt platform — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, crash games, Lucky Dice, and Lucky Bingo — are operated in partnership with certified and independently audited game studios. jilibt's studio partners include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others.

The following fair play commitments apply across all game categories on jilibt:

• All slot and RNG-based games use a certified random number generator. Outcomes are statistically independent on every game round and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot and RNG game titles are accurate and have not been adjusted by jilibt. RTP figures are set by the game studio and verified through independent certification.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event, jilibt reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibt platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a jilibt account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider for a deposit that was received and credited to your jilibt account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one jilibt account, or registering a new account following a closure without explicit written permission from jilibt.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering patterns, bet hedging across accounts, or coordination with other players to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: Using the jilibt platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating gameplay or betting decisions with other players to the detriment of the platform's integrity, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to play games or place bets on the jilibt platform without human interaction.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a pricing error, game malfunction, or platform bug to generate profit. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Harassment of staff or other players: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward jilibt support agents or other platform users through any communication channel.

Players may request voluntary closure of their jilibt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline, and any active bonus balances will be forfeited.

jilibt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the account holder is a jilibt employee, contractor, or close family member of same.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

In the event of a closure initiated by jilibt due to a Terms & Conditions breach, the real-money balance (net of any bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be returned to the player's verified payment method at jilibt's sole discretion. Winnings generated through conduct that violates these Terms & Conditions will be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms. jilibt is committed to handling all account closures and disputes with transparency and consistency, and to communicating the basis of any jilibt-initiated closure to the affected player where legally permissible to do so.
